Park Royal Homestay Los Cabos

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were helpful and nice. The room and property we're clean, and while it is an older property it is fairly well maintained. We were disappointed by the restaurant food (we all agreed we had had better Mexican in the states), so we just ate at places we found on trip advisor and a best of San Jose del Cabo website. The other disappointing thing was the pool - we had to argue with the staff multiple times to get the heated pool turned on which they told us was heated when they gave us the tour...so it should have been on. The only other bummer was that this property doesn't have a beach, but the pools we're nice and public beaches we're fairly close...we knew it was going to be that way, so no biggie. Overall, I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Ok so the resort was cute, petite (56 rooms) and close enough but far enough away from all the action of Cabo proper. It was very walkable for groceries and the beach and the art walk on Thursday which was fantastic! We booked all of our activities through the resort and got way more than we bargained for which was such a treat. There isn’t a hot tub and the kitchens are in various stages of updated. I had a junior suite and it had two double beds and a couch/hide a bed that I would probably only put kids in. Their backs can handle it. the closet was spacious. All rooms have a balcony. Even though it was spring break there weren’t a bunch of party people keeping you up at night. The shower was spacious and water was hot. There are no elevators at all here so if you can’t do stairs you will need a ground floor. It isn’t gated but it’s at the end of a road and felt super safe. It is on a golf course that is cheaper if you book online - which we did.

Pleasant stay and nice vibe I am so appreciative of the staff that let us chill out. Everywhere else in Cabo folks are trying to sell me stuff, but at Park Royal we had safe haven. Also, easy to park, which is rare for the area.

The place was so nice and relaxing! Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and the area is quiet so you get a good sleep! Dante from reception was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and come back .

The hotel is in a great location. The prices at restaurants and stores are a lot cheaper than downtown. The staff is very kind and attentive. Georgina the manager is wonderful! It’s def an older facility but the staff is constantly maintaining it. This hotel is def the best bang for your buck. They have a few pools offering a swim up to the bar. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from rooms with balconies. We very much look forward to our next stay!

Park Royal is a bit of everything. It is a humble small cozy resort with a nice little pool and a decent set up. Some units for sure had seen a better day and are crying to be upgraded. Some others have already been remodeled and are just fine. Wi-fi is pretty solid. That was a strong plus, as we had experience not the actual best even at more expensive places, a.k.a "Villa del Palmar". Lol Location got a 5 stars despite not actually being a beachfront property, but reality is that we appreciate it our walks around the neighborhood and the easy access to a supermarket, stores and even the Plaza Mijares. (2.5 k to it) We love to walk. Our maid Santa is amazing and we totally appreciate her hard work. So, in conclusion. Fairly happy with our stay. :)

I had a fantastic vacation. Park Royal Los Cabos was quiet, restful and beautiful. It sits on a golf course in a beautiful neighborhood. One of the best vacations i have had in a long time. I will be back to stay in the future. Thank you
